The Builders FirstSource Employee Emergency Assistance Program was introduced by Builders FirstSource to help team members in their times of greatest need. The program, which provides grants to team members facing hardship from qualifying events, is funded primarily by donations from the company and its team members. The Builders FirstSource Emergency Assistance Program is administered by the Emergency Assistance Foundation (EAF) and is here to help team members and their families in emergency situations, such as forced evacuations, damage to a team member’s home from a qualifying catastrophic event, domestic violence, serious illness or death of the team member / eligible family member.Team members can donate to the fund through payroll deduction in Dayforce or by using one of the donation options below.

Emergency Assistance Foundation independently administers all Fund activities and assists applicants with their grant applications when needed. The sponsoring organization (Builder’s FirstSource) has no visibility into individual applications or grants unless an applicant opts in to share certain details under specific circumstances.
